What We Bring & What We Look For

Strong security industry partnerships in Australia run two ways. Here is what Securelux puts on the table, and the kind of products and services we want sitting alongside our Crimsafe and shutter range.

What Securelux Brings

A 40-year head start

Four decades of brand equity, a loyal SEQ customer base, a working factory in Loganholme, and showrooms in North Lakes, Brendale and across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

  • Established sales and consultation team
  • In-house fitters, not subcontractors
  • Strong Google review profile and referral pipeline
  • Trade and commercial channels already running
What We Look For

Products that fill real gaps

Categories our customers already ask us for, where a quality supplier sits well next to Crimsafe screens, security shutters and 3M film.

  • Smart locks, sensor lighting, video doorbells
  • Secure garage doors and gate automation
  • Alarm, CCTV and monitoring add-ons
  • Trade services that support installation

Who We Want to Hear From

Four categories where we are actively open to conversations. If your business sits in or near one of these, you are exactly the kind of partner we are looking for.

🔒
Smart Home Security
Smart locks, video doorbells, app-based access. Products that round out a Crimsafe install.
📹
CCTV & Monitoring
Cameras, NVRs, alarm systems and 24/7 monitoring partners that can scale across our customer base.
🏠
Garage & Gate Automation
Secure garage doors, sliding gates, intercom systems. A category our customers ask for regularly.
💡
Lighting & Sensors
Sensor lights, motion detection, perimeter lighting that pairs with physical security at entry points.

Security Industry Partnerships in Australia: Common Questions

What kinds of businesses does Securelux partner with?

We work with manufacturers, distributors, installers and complementary trade businesses across the security and home protection space. Smart locks, sensor lights, video doorbells, garage doors, alarm and monitoring providers are the categories we hear most demand for from our SEQ customer base.

Do I need to be Brisbane-based to partner with you?

No. Our customer base sits across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Ipswich, but our supplier and partner network reaches Australia-wide. If your product can be supplied or shipped into South East Queensland reliably, that is what matters.

How long does the partnership review process take?

Most submissions get an initial response within five to seven business days. From there, if the fit is clear, we will usually move to a discovery call inside two weeks. Larger commercial arrangements take longer to scope.

What does Securelux look for in a partner product?

Quality, compliance and a service backbone. We check that the product holds up to relevant Australian Standards where they apply, that the supplier honours warranties properly, and that there is real support behind the product if something goes wrong on site.

Are partnerships exclusive?

Not by default. Most of our partnerships are non-exclusive and grow naturally based on how the product performs with our customers. Exclusive arrangements are something we discuss case by case where the volume and commercial terms make sense for both sides.

Can installers and trades partner with you, or only product suppliers?

Both. We work with product suppliers, but we also partner with adjacent trades such as electricians, locksmiths and gate installers whose services pair well with our Crimsafe and shutter work. If you serve our customer base, get in touch.

Will Securelux carry stock of partner products?

It depends on the product and the volume. Some partnerships work as a referral arrangement, others involve us holding stock at our Loganholme factory and fitting products directly. We figure out the right model during the discovery stage.
