If you have any questions about your product or installation, please contact us within 60 days so that we can promptly identify any issues and offer a solution.

This online service facility is only available for products that have been manufactured and installed by Securelux.
A call-out fee will be charged for service calls not covered under our workmanship warranty. Individual products will have manufacturers’ warranties and our involvement in supporting these claims may result in a call-out fee.
