If you have any questions about your product or installation, please contact us within 60 days so that we can promptly identify any issues and offer a solution.

In certain cases, you may require our services after 60 days. The following examples illustrate when our services may be needed:

  • House Movement – Impacts the operation of a sliding door or hinged door including lock operation.

  • Weather Impact – Weather can swell door jambs and reduce them making the attached security door seem tight.

  • Door Knocked Off Track – It is essential to fully open the security door instead of just leaving it slightly ajar when your dog or kid is passing through. Please note that sliding doors are constructed to endure impact while in the closed position. However, if you apply force in the open position, the door may come off the track, and you may have to call for a service.

  • Door Closers – After the initial 60 days, door closers do not have a warranty. Their lifespan depends on how often they are used and how they are treated. To extend their life, it is important not to force the door shut when the hold open pin is in use. Doing so can cause damage to both the closer and the hinged door, requiring a service call and potentially replacement of the door closer.
